This is a mix of businesses, charitable organizations, and people who have helped us immeasurably, plus a handful of projects that need our help.
Casa de los Niños One of the oldest and most respected non-profit organizations in Tucson, Casa de Los Ninos has been caring for abused and abandoned children since 1973. Fantasy Comics Fantasy Comics has donated hundreds of dollars in supplies to us. Fantasy Comics has also acted as a go-between, allowing people to anonymously drop off or pick up donations. They have never asked us for publicity. They have never asked for a dime in return and haven't even requested receipts to write their donations off on their taxes. Help & Hope Fest An annual gathering in San Diego of altruists, RLSH, filmmakers, and other awesome people to spread love and generally weird things up. We're currently working on setting up another annual HOPE event in Phoenix. The Hero Initiative Better people do not exist. They have a similar mission to us, only on a greater scale. While everyone involved deserves a lot of gratitude, we would like to give a special THANK YOU to the California Hero Initiative: San Francisco and the Legacy Initiative in Utah for their help. Michael Jack Brinatte/Atomic Hero Wear A clothing and uniform designer, superhero, raspy father, and the leader of the HOPE Syndicate. Also, he gave an awesome interview on Fox News. Wounded Warrior Project There's more to healing than the medical treatment and vocational training that the military offers to our vets. Wounded Warrior Project is a veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, service and events for wounded veterans of the military actions following the events of 9/11/2001. Xtreme Justice League A Real Life Superhero (RLSH) team from San Diego. They've been incredibly helpful in getting this charity off the ground, and amazing hosts whenever I am out their way. |
